Order information

We display all prices for products and delivery clearly on the website.

Subject to errors, all the information and prices on this website are correct at time of order.

Limitations

This website must not be used for any other purpose than searching for an item or placing an order with us.

It must not be used for any transmitting of illegal or objectionable material, the breaching of any laws including copyright and unauthorised access, or disrupting the network or website, or causing interference that impacts other users.

Payment

Unlike many websites, we accept orders on account from certain educational institutions as displayed in our shipping and payment options at checkout.

Payment can also be made by Credit / Debit Card – Visa and MasterCard.

For customers choosing this method (predominantly private individuals or those ordering from further afield) no goods will be transferred until paid for in full.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please phone, e-mail or write to us. If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. However, if the goods are faulty or incorrect titles have been supplied, we will pay for the return of the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misrepresented.

Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction and will replace or refund any item that does not meet your expectation or is damaged, within 30 days from receipt of goods. We would ask, however, that should you receive damaged goods you contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods in order that we can deal with the problem efficiently and effectively with our carrier. We will completely refund the full price of your order and delivery charge if you are not satisfied with the goods you received.

We reserve the right not to sell to trade customers for re-sale purposes.
