    Year 4 Animals, including humans: Me and my teeth


    This simple biology lesson uses material from the new KS2 science curriculum. Pupils learn some new terminology to describe different types of teeth. They study the function of different teeth and how to keep them healthy. This lesson may be preceded by Animals, including humans: The digestive system and followed by Animals, including human: Food Chains.

    Pupils will learn:

    • How to identify the different types of teeth in humans and their simple functions
